How to book
Contact me directly for an appointment. It is not necessary to have a GP referral, although if you are using health insurance you usually need a GP referral letter. Please check with your insurance company.
Please telephone the clinic number. If I am not available, please leave a message and I will return your call as soon as possible. The answer machine is checked frequently.
